We'll be stretching our bodies through an hour of pre-natal & post-natal friendly yoga & relaxing our minds with a peaceful meditation.
NOTES:
- please bring your own yoga mat + a water bottle
- you may also wish to bring a blanket / sweater / eye mask to wear during our meditation (savasana)
- you may also wish to bring 1 - 2 toys for baby to use during class
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
This MOM & BABY yoga class is a slow flow, gentle & mindful stretch designed for anyone who is currently expecting or post-partum. No, you don't have to bring your baby (or even be a mom!) to join this class, but please note the majority of poses will be baby & bump-friendly.
MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
Originally from the Niagara Region, EMILY VANDERBEEK now resides in Vankleek Hill, Ontario where she is always looking to further her yoga experience - through both teaching & practicing. With a variety of weekly classes available, there's sure to be an option for everyone. Emily's classes have a focus on mindfulness & meditation, encouraging participants to consciously slow down. Emily's classes are open to all. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or it's your very first time on the mat, expect to leave a class with Emily feeling stretched, energized, focused, calm, and full of gratitude.
